ARE YOU READY TO USE THE APP?

Make sure you are in an area with WiFi or data to download the app onto your phone and to put money on your account.

When loading a card on file, you must use the calendar to enter a date. (Manual entry will prompt you to re-enter the card).

When starting a washer or dryer, you must have Bluetooth turned on and be in the laundry room at the machine.

 

If you are experiencing an error in trying to use the app…

Please make sure you have performed the following:

1.       Bluetooth is NOT connected to any other device.

2.       Permission has been given to the app to use Bluetooth.

3.       Restart your phone or power off and back on.

4.       Uninstall, then Reinstall the phone app.
